　　梅花型弹性体（缓冲垫）其结构形状呈花瓣型，瓣数为4、6、8、10、12故称为梅花型。因原料是采用浇注型聚氨酯弹性体因此具有机械强度高（是聚氯乙烯的3倍），传递公称扭曲大，从12.5-25000NM减震，耐磨（是天然橡胶的10倍），耐油（是丁晴橡胶的5倍），耐寒（脆性温度低达－50℃至－70℃），耐辐射，耐臭氧，耐曲挠，介电性能好，弹性好，延伸率大＞500%以上，缓冲性好还具有优越的抗压缩性，硬度范围广泛（邵A60-A95）具有缓冲减震耐磨和补偿轴心线位移的性能，这些优异的性能弥补了橡胶领域中的不足。基于以上特性，浇注型聚氨酯梅花联轴节能够保持联轴器的先进性。
